Guest Blog Post from Mavericks and Half Moon Bay

Got a guest post from the Hawaii Crew that are visiting the waters of Northern California, my old stomping grounds.  Sounds like I would imagine in Northern California in February along the coast.  Mavericks was not as good or as big as Wednesday and Thursday but it was still thumping.  Unfortunately the fog was so thick it was hard to see.  Some of the surrounding breaks had some OH to DOH sets coming through.  Not too many takers.  At the featured beach there was only 1 taker out in the water but he was getting good ones and had it to himself.  Assuming the jetty will be a little more crowded with some good sets coming though if there is any wrap.  NOTE: Not as warm as Hawaii.  Happy Aloha Friday.
